We are recruiting for an award winning finance broker that has a starting salary of £22,000 rising to £23,500 upon completion of your probation for simply doing your job. Responsibilities of a Case Manager:
  • Maintaining a pipeline of mortgages applicants right the way through to completion.
  • Making sure all documentation is received quickly from applicants to ensure efficient completion.
  • Liaising with third parties on behalf of the mortgage applicant and ensuring that all documentation is forwarded to the relevant parties

Experience and skills for the Case Manager:
  • Experience in positions such as, Mortgage Administrator, Mortgage coordinator, Underwriter, Loan Administrator, Loan Admin or similar
  • Educated to GCSE level
  • Experience of working within a regulated environment is essential due to processes needing to be carried out in a compliant manner
  • Experience of successfully working towards targets
  • Being able to put respond quickly to training and putting those actions into practise.
