Our client is a leading London Insurance company who are looking to add an Underwriting Performance Assistant to their Operations division.

Within this role you will be supporting the Underwriting Performance and Control function and providing a robust first line control and monitoring of business activities. This role is perfect if you are a recent school leaver or graduate with some prior work experience in the Insurance Market.

Role responsibilities:

• Responsible for underwriting performance monitoring ensuring underwriters operate within their agreed authorities, regularity requirements and continuous improvement of standards.
• Support the Data Quality team regarding first line quality assurance checks.
• Work alongside the Business Operations team and Enterprise Change Manager in delivering key business initiatives and projects.

What is needed:

• Prior work experience in the Insurance market.
• A Level or Degree qualified.
• Ambition to develop a career within the Insurance Market.
• Experience using Microsoft Tools.
