Conveyancer/Case Manager

Essential:Qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor but would consider unqualified candidates with previous experience of working in a conveyancing role.

Our prestigious client based in Reading is recruiting for a Case Manager to join their team.

New Build is a specialist development set up and plot sales team, established as a key part of our end to end development service. We have a long and established history of working with successful local and regional house builders.

The Role

• Case Managers are the point of contact for our developer clients and are responsible for the building and maintenance of positive working relationships.
• The role requires a good understanding of the conveyancing process, an ability to work proactively towards tight deadlines and attention to detail in drafting appropriate documentation to suit client's development requirements.
• Case Managers are responsible for conducting the plot sale transactions from reservation through to completion and ensuring that the department adhere to good working practices.
• They will work closely with both the senior management team and our assistants with the aim of providing a smooth transition of work between development set up, plot sales and end handover.

The Person

Qualifications

• Qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor but would consider unqualified candidates with previous experience of working in a conveyancing role.

Knowledge/Experience

• Experience of working on new homes transactions would be an advantage
• Resilient under pressure with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
