As an Optimisation Manager you will be responsible for leading this retailers optimisation strategy, both the UK and Internationally, across their Website and App platforms in order to create the best possible customer journey.
Our client are an established and successful multi product who in recent years have undertaken a huge digital transformation journey.
Day to day responsibilities will include owning the businesses optimisation journey and continuously looking for ways to improve the customer journey. You will work with the wider teams across ecommerce merchandising, marketing, digital marketing, and web design /development as well as Business Analysts to ensure you are utilising the best data to create and deliver your optimisation road maps.
The ideal candidate will either come from an analytical, optimisation focused ecommerce management background or within a CRO / Digital Optimisation role.
This is a fantastic role for someone who is analytically minded and enjoys being in a varied and hands on role!
