Interim Finance Officer

My client is an invaluable Charity improving the lives of vulnerable people, looking to recruit an Interim Finance Officer with the potential to become permanent.

Responsibilities include:

• Posting and processing invoices
• Managing an accounts payable mailbox and dealing effectively with supplier queries
• Chasing debtors for money owed using a variety of methods
• Completing a variety of reconciliations and setting up new suppliers on their system (Sage 50)

This Interim Finance Officer will work in their London based office full time to begin with and will then move towards a hybrid working situation. Offering the ability to be responsible for transactional finance, this opportunity is excellent for anyone with a versatile accounts skillset and feels they can take ownership of both ledgers.

The successful candidate will:

• Have 1 + years' experience in a similar finance role
• Ideally have experience using a Sage accounting software
• Be available at short notice
• Ideally have an AAT accounting qualification
