Inventory and Systems Manager

You will be responsible for the effective management of all stock across the production sites and driving improvements to ensure an efficient supply chain.

Description

• Working with Production Operations to develop stock management processes, procedures and systems
• Leading the Stock Control team to achieve existing and develop new KPI's for product inventory accuracy
• Managing supply & replenishment to ensure the smooth and continuous running of production lines
• Holding overall responsibility for stock takes and stock anomaly investigations

Profile

The Inventory and Systems Manager must offer strong analytical skills with an ability to focus on short term detail alongside longer-term strategy.

We require someone with people management experience and an ability to effectively develop teams and processes.

You must possess excellent communication skills to work closely with cross functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
