Contract Services Administrator

An administrative role with use of systems to include Microsoft Excel. Based in Milton Keynes, working for a dynamic brand and a fun team, you will be responsible for managing the processes of contract modifications.

Responsible for the shared mailbox, logging incoming requests onto databases, dealing with customer requests, taking ownership as a point of resolution, investigating queries in accordance to company policies and compliance guidelines for both internal and external stakeholders. The ability to create reports to give visibility, providing data.

Contribute to project related activities and to further develop new product and services.

The ability to work within a fast paced environment to deliver the agreed service levels within the time frames. Proactive approach and open to agile working, able to meet periods of peak demand without compromising quality. A team player is essential, as you may need to switch to other responsibilities during peak periods. Results driven, you will be self-motivated and be adaptable.
