Our opportunities in NFO

We operate from 4 UK hub locations but provide regular on-site support to all our offices throughout England, Scotland and Ireland. We are recruiting in the below teams and keen to speak to individuals considering a career in finance.

Credit Control

To assist Credit Controllers, Partners, and portfolio holders in the prompt collection of the firm's debts, processing accounting data efficiently, and helping ensure that internal and external clients receive a quality service in all respects.
  • Proactive provision of innovative, commercial and customer focused credit risk and collection services on behalf of the firm.
  • Supporting robust communications and decisions to improve data, mitigate credit risk, maximise collections and minimise bad debt.
  • Encouraging cross party collaboration, bringing together internal and external stakeholders and negotiating resolutions.

Commercial Finance Team

The role of Commercial Finance is to help maximise the operational performance of the business. This is achieved by working with our internal business leaders to understand the financial information available to them, and how to utilise this information to improve performance in a variety of areas.
  • Our FP&A team acts as the analytical engine of the company to support optimal business decision making. The role will involve exposure to complex Excel models and Power BI, and so whilst on-the-job training will be fully provided, we are looking for an individual with a technical mindset and eye for detail.
  • Apply business understanding to enable improved operational performance to be delivered through the production of meaningful and accurate information and reports.
  • To undertake research review and analysis with a view to identifying opportunities to improve the effective and efficient delivery of Management Information and work with others to achieve changes.
