Finance Business Partner

About the role:

An inspirational charity are currently seeking to appoint a Finance Business Partner. This varied role involves both Business Partnering and Financial Planning & Analysis. You will be joining the finance department and working collaboratively with the senior managers and directors within the organisation. This opportunity is predominantly remote, with occasional visits to the central London office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the finance lead in various projects across directorates, providing analysis, liaising with various stakeholders, and influencing decision making
• Business partnering for finance - building models to support FP&A across the charity, supporting with yearly budget processes in line with future financial/business plans and goals
• Producing ad hoc reporting and providing financial expertise when required by senior management
• Interpreting data/concepts and presenting this information to non-financial stakeholders
• Delivering training on finance systems/processes to various stakeholders
• Driving the monthly/quarterly financial forecasting processes - analyse forecasts and ensure planning is delivered in a timely manner

The successful candidate will be:

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified
• Solid, proven experience in:

• Business partnering
• Producing budgeting and forecasting
• Financial analysis and building models
• Preparing year end accounts
• Presenting complex finance information to various stakeholders

Advanced Excel skills - confident building robust financial/business models and manipulating a high volume of dataProactive, self-starter, able to use own initiative and get stuck into tasks setCharity sector experience is desirable
