IMH Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Support to work on behalf of the local council at Wakefield on an ongoing contract,

Brief about the post:

* To promote self-service and ensure that the HR and Payroll system offers an excellent user and customer experience

* To promote the awareness and opportunities that technology can present to deliver process improvements and service transformations for both the organisation and the customer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Supporting the development and management of a range of projects and initiatives

* Assisting in the review and development of digital processes, training guides, and document templates

* Undertaking research and gathering information from key stakeholders

* Arranging and supporting engagement and communication activities

* Undertaking user acceptance testing on new digital processes


* Driving License

* Office Based.

Hours and Pay:

* Monday to Friday - Office Hours

* £11.70 per hour.
