Our client is based in the centre of the Farnborough business community. They are an up-and-coming insurance brokerage for small and medium sized business operating in a broad range of industry sectors. They currently seek an Account Manager to come in assist in the day-to-day management of client accounts.
The Account Manager will be working with existing clients. You could be reaching out proactively to advise of policy renewals, share relevant documentation or processing policy amendments. In addition, you could be dealing with new business enquiries, answering questions and interrogating the details to ensure clients receive the correct coverage. Of course, you can also be the first voice on the phone for clients who are having to make a claim and you will be responsible for driving the process. At the heart of things is excellent customer service, professionalism and a reassuring manner as you educate and communicate with an array of clients and suppliers.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working within an insurance environment and will have a solid understanding of insurance products. Excellent IT skills is a must and ideally a familiarity with insurance-based software systems.
