Account Manager

Salary: £26,000 plus commission

Guaranteed increase of base salary of £2k per year every year for 5 years!

Joining bonus of £1500 paid after successful 6-month probationary period!

Hours: 08:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday

Holiday: 25 days increasing to 30 days with service

Location: Horsham, West Sussex.Flexible working options available.

What are we looking for?

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join a growing company. We are looking for this individual to focus on building and maintaining relationships with our existing customer base.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide exceptional service to our clients; as well as meeting targets set by the Sales Director. You will work closely with our Mobile & Energy and Account Management teams to follow up on any leads they present to you, as well as building and creating your own business relationships.

This role does not require previous Telecoms experience but just a determined nature and a drive to succeed!

What will you be doing?

Your sales activities will involve performing the following:

· Grow and develop our existing customers base, by taking incoming sales enquires.

· Introduce additional product lines and new platforms to our existing customers.

· Upsell to existing customers.

· Answer customer queries.

· Update customer information on the in-house CRM System.

· Opportunity tracking / pipeline development.

· Keeping customers up to date with regards to installations / projects.

What do we need from you?

· Proven sales experience in a similar role.

· Excellent communication skills.

· The ability to use your own initiative to remain competitive in the market.

· Self-motivated and hardworking individual.

· Proven experience of working with and exceeding targets.

· Confident with both telephone and face to face interaction with clients.

· Financially and target driven.

· Exceptional attention to detail.
