Administrator: supporting a Financial Advisor

Salary: £20000 - £23000pa (DOE)

Location: Surrey

Ideal for a recent graduate with a degree related to finance who has the aim of becoming a Financial Advisor or Paraplanner.

Key tasks

* Preparing regulatory paperwork and documentation to produce a detailed client meeting pack

* All administration relating to managing clients funds; switches, surrenders, yield calculations

* Processing new investment, protection and pension business through from research, application to completion, including compliance paperwork and critical yield calculators.

* Keeping CRM systems up to date and liaising with external providers for client specific fund information

* Liaising with administration centres regarding client transactional fund information

* General administration duties; answering telephones, client enquiries, correspondence,

* Diary management, managing meeting note actions

* Investigate queries raised by advisers

* Ensuring that the file is fully complete as per advice guidance notes prior to submission to paraplanner including CFR, checklists
