Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Information about the role

Tempest Education is hiring a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work in a mainstream primary school in the central London borough of Southwark. Previous experience as a HLTA is essential and you ideally you will be qualified as a Level 4 or Level 5 HLTA. This role would also be suited to a Instructor or Unqualified Teacher.

Duties included:

Plan lessons independently in line with the national curriculum

Mark student work and provide feedback

Create reports on pupil progress and academic results

Cover classes as a Cover Supervisor
