As an account manager you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of existing key customers within your allocated sector.

Duties will include-
Developing existing customers by creating partnerships
Producing account development plans for customers
Identifying and developing new opportunities for customers
Accurate forecasting from your portfolio of customers
Achieving monthly KPS's and revenue targets
Maintaining up to date knowledge of services and products
Development of internal relationships
Minimum of 3 years' experience developing B2B customers
Confident sales approach and telephone manners
Account Management experience would be a distinct advantage
Strong ability to create solutions for customer and business needs
Strong communication skills
Good knowledge of using MS Office and CRM
Excellent at time keeping
