Customer Service Controller

Do you have excellent customer service skills?

* Are you a strong people manager?
If you have answered yes to both of these questions, then this could be the role for you. My client who are a very large multi-national corporation are looking for a customer service controller who is a very important member of their team. If you have previous experience of working in a plant hire or automotive service background then this could be the role for you.
Duties include:
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Creating service quotes
* Direct management of up to 7 direct reports including mentoring and support of field service engineers
* Driving results for the team
* Be accountable for the health and safety of the team
You must be:
* A good organiser
* A good communicator
* Have a good mechanical and technical knowledge
* Be financially and commercially aware
* Be extremely IT literate
