What you'll be doing:
We are transforming the way consumers shop for their groceries, enabling them to buy from their favourite retailers and have their shop delivered to their door immediately.
Our partnerships are at the heart of everything we do and the Account Management team focuses on driving growth through our existing accounts, whether it's focusing on store count expansion, menu optimisation or operational troubleshooting.
The successful Account Executive candidate will be working across national accounts to deliver value for both us and the partners, collaborating and working closely with the Account Manager to focus on key growth priorities and executing them. You will be working across key projects and accounts, for example owning a project end to end on resolving a widespread operational issue (identifying the issue, building tracking and monitoring for it, finding a solution and executing it to resolve the problem). You'll also have the opportunity to work directly with external partners, through owning day to day menu management and processes for a top partner.
You'll need to be:
A great stakeholder manager
Have 1-2 years experience working with external partners as an Account Executive or Account Manager
Be an expert communicator, managing internal and external expectations
Have strong commercial acumen and have the ability to strategize and provide solutions for growth for our partners
Strong analytical abilities - able to translate data into insights and confidently present it back to partners
Experience working with a large data set and using tools to manage and investigate (eg pivot tables, charts, vlookup functions)
Confident presenting data and making clear priorities and action steps from your analysis
Be able to adjust to our processes and pick up new ways of working quickly
A self-starter with exceptional planning and organisational skills
Able to take initiative, identify and solve problems
Results orientated, with a track record of achieving targets
