This organisation is seeking a project Coordinator to join their team for an initial 6 month contract which is outside IR35. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of project accounting , purchasing and receipting. You will have experience of coordinating a team to achieve objectives and work collaboratively with 3rd party suppliers to support in the success of the project.
This role will be working in the offices in Winchester for 2 days per week and 3 days from home.
Salary: £200-£250 day rate Ltd.
Main Responsibilities
* Generate accurate and timely reports and forecasts to support project delivery
* Support in the financial administration of project delivery including: raising POs, receipting, tracking payment milestones, month end cost forecasting, cost optimisation, managing suppliers
* Coordinate small work-packages of project delivery
* Assist the project team to establish project plans outlining time lines, dependencies, and critical paths
* Provide guidance to Project and Programme Managers
* Contribute to reviews with work group teams, contractors and suppliers in order to obtain status updates and identify risks and issues
* Identify, develop and implement improvements in the project management delivery, processes and administration
* Document project requirements and technical and functional specifications
