The Account Manager opportunity:
Our first international subsidiary recently commenced operations in the UK. Exponential demand for our services has led to the creation of this brand-new role. As an Account Manager you will contribute towards the company’s growth with your passion for transformation and change through Cultural Intelligence (CQ).
The role will focus on driving sales as well as fostering the existing client relationships, and report into Director, UK Operations. The time across key responsibilities will be split as follows:
+ 50% – developing new business and relationships
+ 30% – consulting with new and existing clients
+ 20% – managing current client accounts
We are embarking on many exciting new projects with a growing network of CQ champions across the UK and we’ve only just started.
+ Min 5+ years of experience in consultative business development with proven results in generating strong leads, closing deals, and developing multi-year contracts and partnerships
+ Confident and experienced in networking
+ Confident in structuring and managing meetings in person as well as remotely, via Zoom/Teams
+ Excellent communication skills, with focus on writing corporate/executive style summaries
+ Client proposal development capability, with understanding of key client requirements.
+ Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint skills
+ A consultative manner and an understanding of business-to-business service sales process/structure
+ Ability to work autonomously, but also effectively in an international team environment
+ Team-player mindset and flexibility. Working closely with the Director, UK Operations and the Client Engagement Coordinator, the candidate must be willing to take on new responsibilities to support the team when needed
Good to have:
+ Sales pipeline management experience
+ SalesForce Experience
+ Experience in Business Intelligence Subscription Sales and/or Consultancy Services
+ Experience working in public sector and/or education sector
