Are you a confident, ideas person who is passionate about social media? We're looking for a well-rounded marketing executive to work across the full marketing mix with a key focus on growing our social media presence across 6 global brands.

You'll be joining a small and agile marketing team, driven by enabling creating opportunities for business growth. Working closely with the Marketing Director, Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer, you'll have a clear path for career progression and the training support to help you develop your skillset.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage and own the social media accounts across JCW Group, bringing new ideas to the table on everything including content, tools, platforms, processes and more
  • Responsible for building the social media strategy, planning, execution and reporting across all social media accounts
  • Working closely with an international sales team to increase engagement and utilisation of social content (primarily LinkedIn) to grow their personal brands
  • Identify opportunities for community-building projects and campaigns, using creative ideas to execute engaging events
  • Video content creation, capturing events across the business to promote our employer brand or showcasing the individuals and services we offer to our clients and candidates
  • With an eye for creativity and design, you'll work closely with our in-house graphic designer to utilise templates and tools to create eye-catching social content that engages
  • You'll be responsible for internal communications including our internal newsletter. This goes hand in hand with social media as you promote key events and opportunities internally for employee engagement, and externally to showcase our employer brand
  • You'll also work closely with the marketing manager to build a business case for increasing our social advertising, then taking responsibility for all social advertising campaigns including testing, reporting and business liaison
  • You will also provide full team support and gain exposure across the full marketing mix including reporting, award entries, website, digital advertising, ad hoc campaigns and more - everything you would expect from a fast-paced marketing executive role within a sales environment

You will have:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within a marketing or social media role
  • Natural creativity
  • Excellent written and oral communication, able to succinctly articulate your ideas and create engaging content with a commercial focus
  • No fear of failure, ready to try new thing, fail fast and always learn
  • A mindset that questions everything, and never afraid to challenge ideas
  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset
  • An abundance of passion for social media
  • A track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines successfully
  • A strong willingness to learn
  • Confident personality, comfortable working closely with sales teams
  • Able to manage your own project timescales- you'll have excellent stakeholder management
  • You'll be agile and adaptive, ready to try new technologies, ways of working and new ideas
