We are looking for a confident, bubbly Account Manager who thrives when meeting targets and engaging in business development. The China based company have a large UK presence, supplying to high street and online stores, and due to expansion are looking for an Account Manager to be based in the UK. The Account Manager will be working remotely, along with the other designers based in the North.
The duties of the Account Manager will include:
- Proactively researching into relevant potential customers and reaching out to them to develop business
- Arranging to meet with customers to present samples and discuss opportunities
- Proactively keeping up with trends
- Sourcing fabrics, trims and components
- Developing business strategies
- Presenting and selling ranges to the customers
- Reporting back to the Director on performances and sales
- Negotiating costings in order to achieve the best possible margins
The Account Manager must have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a track record of growing existing business and business development.
