Teaching Personnel work with local authorities to provide 1:1 tuition to children in care. Tuition may be required for a number of reasons including support ahead of exams, disengagement and grades improvement.

Tuition will take place either within school hours or after school dependent on the availability of the pupil. We have the need for both primary and secondary teachers and are interested in hearing from tutors who are both available from September and immediately.

We are open to both full time and part time applicants.

What you need to succeed:

Qualified Teacher with QTS or equivalent
Experience working with young people with SEN or SEMH dress
Strong knowledge of primary and secondary curriculum
Enthusiastic, engaging and approachable
A valid and current child workforce DBS on the update service (or a willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
