A well established organisation seeking a Full-Time Accounts Payable Assistant on an hourly temp basis with potential to go permanent.
As a Full-Time Accounts Payable Assistant you will be responsible for:
Accountable for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and staff cash expenses through to payment Dedicated Finance contact for allocated suppliers; ensure day to day queries are dealt with in a timely and effective manner Reduce daily urgent payments to assist cash management Accountable for cashloader machines; regularly empty machines, verify and reconcile cash to readings, ensure cash is securely banked and accurately recorded in line with cash policy Month end Petty Cash to GL reconciliations Keep AP Manager up-to-date with progress on tasks and objectivesProfile
