Role: Director - Client Relations (Up to £120k OTE)Role DescriptionOur client is looking to enhance their rapidly growing business by appointing a Director - Client Relations. You will work with the existing team to support a portfolio of clients with leading physical asset management solutions modelled around ISO55000.Ambition, passion and drive will be essential attributes alongside experience in managing high value clients. A highly corporate and commercial approach to problem solving and presenting complex ideas and solutions at Board/Stakeholder level will be required.You will:- Manage key Client accounts and build strong, long-term relationships- Work with colleagues to identify, generate, and develop business opportunities and market propositions through existing client databases and proactively researching the market- Negotiating and agreeing contracts- Driving successful project completion and optimising spend. Support colleagues with project delivery, technical inputs and resourcing managementThe ideal candidate must have:- A track record in winning, managing or developing small and large international projects to time and budget in various countries, ideally including developing countries- Outstanding consulting skills - including structured thinking, report writing and stakeholder communication- A proven ability to form alliances and working partnerships internally and externally- Strong commercial acumen and project management skills- A network of contacts that can support the identification, the development and delivery of work- Extensive experience in all aspects of client Account ManagementSelf-motivated and enthusiastic, you'll come equipped with a great work ethic, have excellent time management skills, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with reliability engineering, asset maintenance approaches and SAP/Maximo or other EAM system will be advantageous.
