Our well-established client in Reigate is seeking an Account Manager to join their friendly team.

The basic salary for this role is £32,000 - £36,000, with an anticipated year 1 OTE of £50,000. Hybrid working is currently in play, with a mixture of office and home working.

My client is growing at a rapid rate! As such, they are focussing on the development and expansion of their IT managed service provision and, within this, enhanced customer service and account management within this for their customers as they expand upon the companies that they work with.

We are on the search for an ambitious, tenacious Account Manager to further drive company growth through careful nurturing of existing accounts and proactive drive-through of new business. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Customer Service and Team, and about propelling their own career in alignment with company success.

Account Manager - key responsibilities:
  • Nurture and develop relationships with existing accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise sales
  • Generate new sales using existing and potential customer networks to increase recurring revenue
  • Complete regular, scheduled account reviews with existing clients
  • Promote monthly campaigns surrounding their IT products and services to both existing and new clients
  • Support and contribute to target sales growth increase across B2B and B2E
  • Prepare network overview documentation for existing and clients in a timely manner
  • Keep up to date with new products and developments in the IT sector with regular training
  • Collaborating with marketing team members to achieve the very best external messaging for driving forward sales campaigns
  • Collaborate with procurement and technical team to ensure successful client service delivery
  • Input ideas and feedback on how to continue the successful growth of the B2B sales department

Account Manager knowledge & experience required:
  • Proven ability to establish rapport and credibility with existing clients to create long-term, profitable partnerships
  • Proven ability to perform effective account reviews and first line new business consultations
  • Proven ability to produce and close new business from existing clients and actively seek and close new sales opportunities
  • Proven ability to sell monthly campaigns surrounding IT products and services to both existing and new clients
