Project Manager - Business Change - HR - Finance - Payroll - ERP - outside IR35 - Remote working.

As Project Manager you will be responsible for leading a project to analyse, design and implement a required interim financial, HR and payroll processes. This is a large-scale strategic transformation programme, replacing a SAP ECC6 system with Unit4 ERP across the full scope of finance, procurement, HR and payroll processes.

Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for defining the project to establish required interim processes for finance and HR & payroll for the temporary period between staggered go-lives.
• Engages and manages project stakeholders impacted by the changes required for the staggered go-live period.
• Manages and ensures the effective running of the required governance meetings for this project and their relationship with wider programme governance.
• Manages the effective delivery project outputs to time, cost and quality as a pre-requisite for the wider programme's initial go-live.
• Ensures a common understanding across all key stakeholders of the project's status.
• Creates and maintains the Interim Process project plan, ensuring alignment with the wider project plan.
• Reviews and approves / coordinates approval of key project deliverables.
• Reviews and manages all changes to requirements through a formally defined change control process.
• Ensures that project issues are properly recorded and managed.
• Monitors risks and recommends mitigating actions.
• Ensures compliance to agreed quality regime / standards.
• Ensures resources are available to provide IT support to the Project Team during implementation.
• Ensures timely Interim Process Project highlight reporting.

Requirements for the role
• Highly skilled with Microsoft Project or other similar project planning software.
• Experience of delivery on at least one ERP system implementation.
• Experience of organisational change projects involving finance processes.
• Experienced working with and managing delivery from both business and technical stakeholders.
• Registered PRINCE 2 Practitioner (or comparable recognised qualification).
• Ability to work flexibly in terms of working hours and location.
• The role is fully remote
