Permanent Account Manager, Charity in South Birmingham, Hybrid, £21,000 Your new companyYou will be working for a small charity based in South Birmingham as an Account Manager. You will be working with a small team of 8 other Account Managers taking care of existing clients and continuing to build upon those relationships. Your new roleWithin this position you will be responsible for clients of the charity and providing them with advice, guidance and helpful information to succeed. This position is not a business development position and requires no cold calling aspects. The position is a customer service, predominately telephone based, Account Manager role. What you'll need to succeedYou must have relevant and recent customer service experience, preferably within an Account Manager position. You must have an excellent telephone manner and be passionate about supporting and helping people. Communication skill is key and the desire to resolve queries and provide guidance. This position has excellent training schemes in plan with promotions available for those who wish to progress and further their career.
