An exciting opportunity has arisen for this well known Leeds based design company with offices in South Leeds to join their small but busy Finance team. This is a great opportunity for a Finance Administrator who is looking for a new challenge on a Temp to Perm basis. This varied role would be perfect for a candidate who has an excellent work ethic and can hit the ground running. The main duties and responsibilities will involve:

Managing the Accounts e mail in-box
Processing all incoming mail
Posting of all stock and expense invoices onto Sage 200
Production and review of all Payment Runs
Dealing with Supplier Queries
Month End Supplier Statement Reconciliations
Dealing with all Company Credit Card statements
Resolving all invoice queries
Cashflow management
Full accountability for the Creditors Control Account and individual Supplier Accounts
Periodic review of Supplier Accounts
General ad hoc administrative supportThis is a great opportunity for a candidate with up to 2 years experience who is available immediately and looking for a new challenge on a temp to perm basis. The successful candidate will have;

1-2 years Finance Administration experience
Purchase ledger background
Sage Line 200 or SAP experience
Legal & VAT experience
Excellent communication skills
