My client is a growing Leeds based PR agency that are on an expansion drive and are looking to appoint a PR Account Manager or PR Senior Account Manager to their team of 6.

They work on a mix of consumer and B2B clients across retail, shopping centres, care homes, legal, healthcare, education and interiors.

They have a hybrid working model of 2/3 days in the office and the rest from home.

Following a spate of new business wins and a chokka pipeline of opportunities, they need to build their team with strong recruits who are brimming with passion and have all the strategic know-how to drive forward results for our brilliant clients.

Their agency values mean a lot to them and they want to work with people who feel the same. They actively nurture open, collaborative and rewarding relationships, they absolutely give it their all and don't give up. They are a really positive bunch who care passionately about what they do and each other.

The candidate needs to have four years+ agency experience in creating impactful PR campaigns and in delivering consistent coverage. This is a hands-on role as the successful candidate will lead a number of accounts to deliver results that exceed client expectations. Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills are a must alongside excellent management, organisational and planning skills.

You will be expected to understand communication strategies and know how this ties into wider marketing, plus have established and meaningful relationships with journalists. You will have strong leadership skills with experience of management in a PR environment, plus business development abilities with a track record of success.

We need a strong networker that is adept at building relationships at all levels. A strong communicator with a proven ability to present complex industry information to target audiences. Strong consumer experience expert knowledge of B2B comms is a must.
