Support and develop all CRM Digital Communications across the company, covering the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium and Spain.
Working closely with the team, help create and deliver highly effective digital communications, through BAU campaigns, automated programmes, CRM activity, to Trade and Retail customers, which drive footfall and conversion both in store and online, with proven ROI.

The Digital Marketing Executive position will have a variety of responsibilities and duties including:
Campaign Planning & Management
Contribute to the digital campaigns executed on email, and SMS, working closely with other Digital channel owners and the Campaign team.
Working closely with the CRM team on segmentation set-up, ensuring we're targeting the right customers.
Closely monitor, track and report analytics on campaigns, including ROI, recommendations for future improvements and testing.
Proactively explore market activities and trends, to influence or improve our own campaigns.Email Marketing
Build email campaigns as part of BAU Campaigns, Autoamted Programmes, CRM Activity or discount triggers - check Photoshop designs against brief, slice Photoshop files, compress jpegs, build emails in Emarsys, copywriting (subject lines/preview text), add links and thorough testing of emails).
Assist with writing briefs for the Studio, including copywriting for campaigns.
Accountable for defining and requesting what digital assets are required each month from the Content Team, based on post-campaign results, trends and up-coming campaigns.
Working with the eCommerce Team to provide a fully inclusive process to ensure the customer's journey to the basket is made easy.
Work closely with the CRM team to implement and manage the automated programmes and BAU campaigns for Prospect Customers.
Use Adobe Photoshop as/when required to edit email templates.SMS Marketing
Build SMS campaigns as part of BAU Campaigns, Automated Programmes or CRM Activity
Work closely with the CRM team on customer segmentation and targeting
Monitor SMS usage and credits, to ensure maxium VFM

Website management; maintaining and creating/adapting content to meet the needs of the business & support current key activity. This is a consumer facing content website used for locating nearest retailer, used to support social media advertising for route to purchase and a source of brand information.
Website Content Calendar - Work with the team to keep up to date, remaining agile as change is constant. Keeping on top of key launches and promotions for all brands that need adding to the website through the year, and ensuring maximum exposure across pages, homepage banners and blogs.
com website management - used by members to support their training with content unlocked as they go through the programme. We host the site, Serversys supports the site, unable to provide analytics.Omni-Channel, Automation & Personalisation
Support the build and management of all Automated Programmes in UKI and CE, including regular monitoring and improvements.
Utilise the Emarsys platform and work with other channel owners to execute omni-channel campaigns to improve the Customer Experience and aid conversion.
Actively participate in the scoping sessions for new, or optimising existing, customer lifecycle programmes.
Adopt an 'automate first' approach to the execution of programmes and campaigns to deliver communications at the right time and the right channel.Profile
The successful candidate for the Digital Marketing Executive will have:
Excellent planning and organisational skills in order to manage multiple projects and deadlines and remain un-phased under pressure.
Ability to analyse & interpret data and insights to deliver effective digital communication programmes.
Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
Experience in creating unique customer journeys and executing the related digital communications.
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to share results to internal shareholders.
Passion for the hair & beauty Industry and curiosity for understanding the varying customer types in order to produce truly effective communications
