Client Details

As a member of the senior leadership team you will be responsible for taking on department projects within the organisation. The position is responsible for managing a large finance function whilst motivating individuals and setting objective targets and implementing new strategic ways of working.

You will be responsible for resource planning, setting KPIS, process improvement, reviewing systems, and the development and planning of transactional processes whilst ensuring excellent customer service.


This is a great opportunity for an individual with excellent transactional finance experience and leadership qualities that is looking for that step up to take on more of a strategic planning role getting more involved with the business planning and operational side of the business.


To be successful as the Transactions Manager you will have:
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a transactional finance team
  • knowledgeable in transactions processes eg, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Pensions
  • Ability to identify better ways of working and implement new processes
  • Ability to use various accounting systems and Oracle is an advantage
