Role: Technical Account DirectorLocation: London, Leicester, or LeedsSalary: up to £85,000 basic + bonus and excellent benefits packageWe have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Account Director to join a leading and fast growing Digital Agency.The Technical Account Director will be managing a portfolio of key accounts, giving you the opportunity to make an impact across a variety of industries and sectors. The portfolio consists of SME companies, where we're delivering digital transformation and products to clients. As a Technical Account Director, you will be responsible for:*The technical success of client accounts across the portfolio with a focus for continuous improvement*Achieving targeted revenue projections for across the portfolio and working together with the Client Service team on costings and price*Lead, nurture and inspire the Technical Account Leads in the successful delivery of high-quality projects across the portfolio*Nurture the wider teams by recruiting and on boarding the most amazing talent to join the growing teams and monitoring satisfaction and performance across your people*Analyse the efficiency of the projects and accounts to ensure that they are meeting the businesses goals*Build and manage senior client relationships to understand their business objectives*Acts as the senior point of contact for the client; to manage critical client escalations and incidents across the portfolio supporting Account Directors *Supports the wider leadership teams with effective technical and strategic input into New Business opportunities including pre-sales/ pitching meetings.The successful candidate will bring:*Extensive experience in the successful delivery of programmes of work in an agency environment covering multiple workstreams*Strong technical background*Experience and knowledge of agile practices - well versed in Scrum and SAFe delivery models*Strong management and leadership skills*Strong commercial acumen and able to negotiate strongly with clients*A proactive strategic thinker, with a curiosity or continuous improvement*Resilient, with the ability to keep others motivated despite the situation*Able to perform calmly and logically under pressure*Exceptionally self-motivated and directedIf you believe you have the skills and personality to fit these requirements, please get in touch with or .
