An established, successful and progressive Fortune 500 company are looking for a a Buyer to join their busy successful procurement team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding company , an employer of choice who are supportive and promote progression

IMPORTANT: Interested must have had some experience of purchasing or buyer or procurement in a previous role.

Duties responsibilities

This is a HYBRID role, working 4 days from home and 1 day in the office each week.

*Responsible for ensuring all Purchases are ordered, fulfilled and tracked accordingly including tracking Shipment

* Management of PO's and updating information on in-house systems

* Tacking orders

* Customer support to Sales team and other divisions

* Extensive liaison with suppliers / building relationships

* Management of prices, liaise with suppliers of prices and stock levels

Skills/experience required

* Previous Buying type experience is essential

* Good knowledge of MS Office

* Excellent customer service / building relationships experience

* Experience with supply chain work

* Able to work 4 days from home and one day in the office, based in Uxbridge
