Marketing Recruitment Officer

Permanent roles X 2

Full Time - 37 hours per week

Working from home, then travel once a week to the office in Manchester M22, then some stakeholder meetings in Openshaw - mileage paid and free parking

We are looking to recruit a Marketing Recruitment Officer for this well-established organisation

Key Accountabilities include:
  1. To undertake and co-ordinate the provision of market intelligence to provide insights into key curriculum areas and markets
  2. Undertake regular competitor scanning, marketing activity and analysis to benchmark activity against competitors including pricing, incentives, portfolio development, competitor activity and customer behaviour
  3. To deliver student recruitment marketing plan to drive awareness and applications
  4. To plan and deliver a student open days on campus, and off campus attraction with the school liaison teams
  5. To develop relevant marketing/advertising collateral through in house design team and ensure that al advertising/media opportunities are researched, adequately assessed, and evaluated, including leveraging new technologies
  6. Develop new processes and systems to provide robust data and to enhance the prospective student experience
  7. Work closely with group marketing business partners and colleagues, and to consult/share best practice across the department
  8. To maintain, revie and update the website with clear, engaging, and accessible material
  9. Having an input on how to improve things for the organisation and the students
  10. Attend meetings

Qualifications, Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience in a marketing role with experience of delivering marketing and communication operational plans
  • Experience of recruitment marketing and managing internal/external client relationships
  • Experience of working with range of media new technologies, to raise sales performance
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in a marketing or related subject
  • Must be a car owner, this is essential for this role
