Role: Digital Account Manager Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 (+ Commission & Bonus Scheme)Based: Hybrid Flexible WorkingMonday - Friday (8 hour shift)The Company A leading digital marketing agency, taking the Marketing industry by storm and dominating the Market in the East Midlands and beyond. The RoleThe purpose of the Digital Account Manager is to handle all client communications and provide award winning customer service to existing and new clients, upselling when required as well as ensuring clients are retained and working relationships are adequately looked after. A working knowledge of SEO, PPC and Social Media is a must for this role, with PR and email marketing knowledge being an added bonus.The CandidateAn extremely client driven person, who has a flexible approach to work and most importantly a Digital Marketing background. Working closely with both consultants, executives and the delivery team - you will be your clients initial point of contact and the face of the company. Key Responsibilities:
  • Retain customers through relationship building
  • Spotting new opportunities on existing accounts
  • Taking responsibility for setting and achieving client KPI's, in agreement with sales, strategy and delivery departments
  • Reporting to Head of client services and liaising with the delivery team
  • Possessing the confidence to analyse and understand data across each campaign / channel, providing discussion points for the client
  • Managing client expectations in line with evolving strategies
