Partner/ Account Manager

The role

This is an exciting full time opportunity to join their commercial teamYou'll be reporting to the Commercial Manager and working within the Commercial team. This role will provide an opportunity for you to enhance and develop your existing commercial skills.You will be directly responsible for managing key clients in your own portfolio allowing you to manage and grow your own client relationships if you are good at selling, being creative and driven to achieve, this is the role for you!

What you'll be getting up to:

• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships with gambling operators.• Managing and negotiating client budgets throughout the month.• Researching and recruiting new business partners.• Answering day-to-day client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.• Review and negotiate existing deals to ensure they are efficiently structured and commercially viable.• Presenting and selling ideas to clients.• Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth performance of campaigns.• Helping to train and guide junior members of the team.• Assisting Finance with chasing overdue invoices.

This role will be a great fit if:

• You have proven work experience as a Partner Manager, or other equivalent role.• You have demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.• You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.• You've had 2 years + experience of managing and negotiating client budgets• You are proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.• You possess an analytical mindset with the ability to analyse campaign data, identify issues and make creative recommendations.• You have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.• You have excellent verbal and written communications skills.• You are able to work within a team and independently.• You're self-motivated.• You have the flexibility to attend industry events in the UK and abroad.
