  • Lead a diverse high-potential team to deliver at a high-tempo whilst ensuring consistent quality of execution
  • Create an aligned 3-year plan showing how we drive our key brand share within our key retail partners
  • Demonstrate a highly digital and media-savvy approach to building an effective campaign
  • Build strong relationships with key partners as well as key stakeholders and effectively manage internal comms to ensure a strong profile for Customer Marketing across the business
  • Ensure you have a firm control over the budgets and a strong operational practice with the finance team to ensure transparency and optimised practices
  • Marketing degree coupled with relevant experience
  • Strong leaderships skills - someone who can inspire & bring the team on the journey
  • Digital leader - conversant with full range of digital & social media, with experience of creating and activating compelling digital campaigns
  • Ability to influence and present to business managers and customers at all levels
  • Needs to be a storyteller who can use Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel with a high degree of skill to create the relevant on-Brand narrative for an internal or external audience
  • Passion, marketing flair and creativity
  • Patient, calm and performs well under pressure
  • A true team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of numeric, analytical & budgeting skill
  • Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills
  • Passionate about brand and able to build the bridge between brand & commerce
