Position: Unit Manager ( Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD qualified )

Salary: £20.25 - £21.25 + paid breaks

Hours: Full time - Days

You will be working for one of the UK's leading private healthcare companies located in over 150 locations across the UK. The company are recognised as one of the UK's largest independent care providers, they specialise in care of the elderly providing the highest standards of personalised care to residents.

This home offers round-the-clock care for people who require nursing, residential, respite care as well as rehabilitation care for those over 18 living with complex needs or a physical disability. We are looking for a Unit Manager ( Registered Nurse RGN / RGN or RNLD ) to join the friendly team..

Role: Whether you're taking charge of a unit or a floor, you'll promote our resident's independence, choice and dignity by ensuring that the team provide the highest standards of care at all times

With the help of your team, you'll assess each resident's wellbeing - making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met - always maintaining accurate records

Delivering clinical guidance to your team, you'll lead by example; motivating and mentoring the team to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home

You'll build lasting relationships with the residents and the people they care about, as well as caring about the home itself - fostering a sense of community

Registered for 120 residents, Care provided:

· Residential care

· Nursing care

· Respite and short stays

· Early stage dementia

· Advanced dementia

· Recovery post-op or after illness

· Parkinson's

· Palliative care
