On behalf of a dynamic and friendly full-service agency based in Leicestershire, we are looking for a talented Account Manager who is dedicated to delivering an outstanding client experience and building prosperous ongoing business relationships with a mix of blue-chip to SME clients in both B2C and B2B markets.

The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to think commercially, be dynamic and proactive with experience within B2B and B2C environments. You'll have a flair for providing exceptional service to your existing accounts and developing them to increase business.

We're looking for a true team-player with a proven track record in creative account management, coupled with strong project management skills, who can't wait to delight clients with their interpersonal and client management skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

Attending and presenting in client meetings in relation to marketing plans and activity
Managing client's budgets
Meeting clients to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job
Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators,
designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists
Undertaking market, competitor and creative reviews and reports and presenting findings to
internal and client teams
Thinking creatively to produce new ideas, concepts, and campaigns
Amending and proofreading client communications, press releases, blogs, website copy etc
Interpreting and creating lessons learnt from analytics and reports
Acting as a PR news desk and building strong relationships with journalists
Managing social media communities, some of which may take place outside of normal working
hours and will be paid as overtime
Planning and attending client eventsSkills and experience required:

Extensive proven experience as a creative agency-based Account or Project Manager, responsible for key B2C or B2B accounts
Experience creating marketing strategies and plans
Good working knowledge of key social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
Applies a forward-thinking approach to all aspects of work, displayed by a positive, proactive, "can-do" attitude
Detailed knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tactics, with a solid understanding of creative and technical concepts and ideas;
Excellent project management skills
Strong commercial skills including budgeting and pricing projects
Confident and engaging public speaker, with experience pitching creative ideas to clients
Excellent communication and listening skills

Hours of work

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week with flexible working

Salary and benefits:

£30,000 - £40,000
24 days annual leave + your birthday (plus 8 days bank holiday)
