Our client is growing IT Services company employing over 120 people and having office locations both in the UK and Europe.
The business has strong client relationships and partnerships and has experienced a period of significant growth over the last 5 years.
Within their service team they are seeking an individual with strong administration and organisational capabilities with some IT knowledge (MS Office, ERP application use). As prt of your induction you will receive training on each of the 5 different service lines in the business so that you can fully service each and every customer with any queries that might arise with their account.
They will be responsible for planning, organising and reacting to any client queries within the relevant service lines and liaising with operations managers for those units.
They will be a conduit for the customers on issues with orders or components and pro actively seek a resolution through the customer service team or other departments as and when appropriate.
Communicate with the service desk on order progress
Organise and plan the projects and track the projects for the work allocation of teams of engineers.
Forward plan with Head of Customer Service and Head of Distribution
Drive efficiencies and control costs
You must have experience of:-
* Working in an administrative capacity and supporting customers or clients confidently
* Experience of using software systems within a role.
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to think on your feet
* Strong customer service ethos
You must be able to drive as the client location is not easily accessible by public transport#
