Commercial Finance Manager

Simpson Judge have just been engaged on a Commercial Finance Manager vacancy on behalf of a fast growth, well established client in Altrincham. This is a newly created role due to expansion of the company and a key hire as this role will manage the Finance function. This will suit an ambitious individual who is ACCA/CIMA qualified and has experience managing a team as this role offers fast track progression into Senior Management. Hybrid working and on site parking available. Supporting the Finance Director, responsibilities include:- Ownership of FP&A, working with Department Heads to create annual plans and quarterly reforecasts, including preparation of annual plans and forecasts across various cost centres- Preparation of year end accounts for submission- Establishing robust financial processes in preparation for Audit- Overseeing MI function and developing commercial reporting for the Senior Management Team- Production of monthly Shareholder Pack- Improving and streamlining systems- Team management, including 1-2-1's, appraisals etcRequirements:- Qualified ACCA/CIMA, finalist may be considered- Minimum 1 year managerial experience- Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables etc)- Sage 200 experience - Sage 50 Payroll experience would be advantageous
