Semi-Senior Accountant

Semi Senior, part qualified or AAT qualified role, well established Practice, St Albans, to £30,000

My client are a well respected practice in St Albans. They are a modern, forward thinking firm who offer their employees a supportive environment, hybrid working, excellent benefits and career progression

There is a new opportunity to join them as a Semi-Senior, where your duties will include:

• Bookkeeping
• VAT return preparations, submissions and reviews
• Personal tax return preparation and submissions
• Year-end accounts preparation and submissions
• Corresponding with clients via email and on the telephone
• Management account preparation and audits

The ideal candidate will be AAT Qualified and have previous experience in practice, perhaps looking to move from a smaller firm. They would like to interview suitable candidates as soon as possible, first interview can be on Teams. There will be a short test to complete at interview stage. Candidates will ideally live in St Albans area or within a reasonable commute.
