My client is a dynamic digital marketing agency based on the outskirts of Salisbury. They are looking to recruit a Digital Account Manager to join their vibrant team.
As a Digital Account Manager, you must have excellent communication and organisation skills as well as knowledge of planning and executing marketing campaigns across a range of media. You will work alongside the creative and marketing teams to create and implement campaigns for a range of different clients.
You must be able to use your initiative, create design briefs for our creative team, manage multiple tasks and feel confident to work independently and as part of a team.
Some travel may be required from time to time, to meet with clients or attend events where needed.
In order to succeed in this role, you must have good knowledge of SEO practices and Google Ads, be confident in social media advertisement with a good eye for detail and impeccable organisation skills. The ability to work meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment and be able to be creative and "think outside the box" is paramount.
In return you will be given a basic salary of between £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent upon experience, 20 days per year including compulsory time at Christmas, excluding bank holidays and your birthday off, commission-based bonuses are available as well as incentives for upselling as a team, and extra holiday incentives if you choose to fundraise for charity. You will also be involved in exciting regular social events.
