Our client is one of Manchester's top eCommerce agencies that provides a complete range of web development and marketing services. They've moved from providing SEO services to offering the full suite of digital marketing and development including paid search, content, outreach, social media, and copywriting.
As their new account manager, you'd be joining a team of 30+ highly experienced industry specialists and be part of a happy and thriving working agency environment. The agency has some big ecommerce and retail clients, and you'd be given the autonomy to manage your own portfolio. They are also Magento and Google partners and have an abundance of digital tools to stay one step ahead.
What you'll need for the account manager role:
2 years' account executive experience in a similar role in an agency
Excellent organisational and project management skills advantageous
Excellent written English language and verbal communication skills
Strong numeracy skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Ability to multitask and continually re-prioritise tasks against agreed objectivesKey duties and responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the online marketing and development teams to meet client objectives
Ensure timely delivery of reports to clients
Work closely with team leaders and campaign project leads
Regular reporting to the directors on status of clients
Identify and present new business opportunities to your clientsAgency Benefits:
