Implementing a new systems and process environment to support the financial closing for all business units. To facilitate the implementation, an Agile approach is being utilized with multiple sprint teams. The Project Accountant role will be a member of a sprint team with the following responsibilities:
Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Accounting qualification
Strong knowledge of investment products with recent and detailed experience of the implementation, regular accounting of or detailed financial review of those investment products. including financial accounting and reporting processes, specifically including Fixed Income Securities, Derivatives and Loans.
Perform reconciliations of source systems to subledgers and onto reporting processes
Experience of accounting of these investment products across multiple jurisdiction.
Previous experience with Expected Credit Loss, Hedge Accounting, Balance Sheet Netting
Expertise in IFRS 7/9 as well as other local accounting valuations.
Experience with SAP BW, S/4HANA preferred
Minimum of 4 years equivalent business analysis or requirements engineering experience required
