Head of Dispute Resolution, ExeterMy client is a very busy high street firm who are looking to appoint a Head of Dispute Resolution to their busy team.They enjoy a regional client base but tghey are open to someone coming in bringing their own networks.The firm have a number of success stories, secretarial staff moving up into CILEx qualification and fee earners moving up into partnership. It is a close knit family feel and the firm get involved with local charities and have a good social scene internally and a friendly culture. There is always "cake in the kitchen" apparently too !Bonuses are available on top of competitive salaries. Some hybrid working options are available too.The firm are looking for someone with genuine enthusiasm and client care skills to manage your own caseload and to offer a high quality Litigation service to clients.You will have general dispute resolution experience with strong technical ability.You'll have a proven track record for being responsible for their own team, including allocating work, undertaking day to day supervisory duties, coaching/mentoring team members and ensuring training needs are met.Typical matters relate to :

• Civil Procedure Rules
• Shareholder and Partnership disputes
• Debt collection
• Construction disputes
• Housing/landlord and tenant disputes
• Boundary disputes
