Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for improvement of customer revenue, volume and gross margin through the application of Company business tools and guidelines, in line with guidance from Management.
- Provide timely designated reports and information as required by larger customers.
- Carrying out regular customer surveys regarding department performance and account management
- Point of contact for customer complaints.
- Ensure KPI's are achieved
- Work collaboratively with colleagues throughout the business.
- Deal with queries, and exhibit the highest standards of customer service at all times.
- Ensure KPI's are achieved
- Maintain appropriate level of product and system expertise, including knowledge of products, procedures, service and systems.
- Embrace a health and safety focused culture..
Essential Skills
- Account Management experience
- Full UK driving license
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Be experienced in building relationships to secure repeat business
- Have the ability to work using your own initiative
- Have the ability to build professional relationships with a wide range of customers.
- An ability to drive business forward.
