Four Squared recruitment are exclusively working alongside a successful chain of early years education settings in their recruitment for a Finance Manager. Working alongside a team of 3 you will be involved in spearheading the Finance Function with an initial focus on financial planning and analysis, budgeting and helping to make improvements to procedures and controls.
Where Will you be joining?
My client is a longstanding and provider of childcare across multiple settings. With a commitment to offering affordable childcare without compromising on the care they provide. All sites are graded as good or outstanding by Ofsted. Working from their head office you will work closely alongside the operations and early years director as they go through their next phase of growth and change.
What will you be bringing to the role?
Ideally ACCA/CIMA qualified (QBE will also be considered) you will have the experience of both operating at Finance Manager/Management Accountant Level whilst also overseeing a small team and having the right interpersonal skills to suggest changes and implementations.
You will be a forward thinking, driven and keen to challenge processes, when necessary, a desire to operate in a business partner capacity when needed to ensure you are operating with a cost effective model that doesn't compromise on quality of care.
