The Head of Services is a new role that will play a fundamental part in the development and growth of our mental health and wellbeing services across south Warwickshire and Worcestershire. The breadth of activity involved and pace of change mean we need someone with a dynamic approach and the ability to transfer their skillset and insight across a range of service areas. The role will be responsible for the development, management and delivery of the organisation's commissioned and income generation services complying with contractual, organisational and financial obligations. They will ensure all services meet the highest standards of service delivery, staff are trained, motivated and committed to improving the wellbeing of those affected by mental health problems. Working directly to the CEO, the Head of Services will lead and directly line manage their team and build effective relationships with delivery partners to ensure SW&WM reputation as a credible, reliable, can-do organisation who listens to, and puts the service user at the centre of our services and everyone is committed to achieving the best outcomes for that person.
The post holder will be an active member of the senior management team and will contribute towards the strategic development and operational management of all areas within the organisation together with the continued growth and development of SWW Mind. They will identify new user focused business and service models whilst developing existing services to maximise the charity's income and long-term sustainability, ensuring services are inclusive to the needs of the individuals who require our services.
