Hybrid working - 3 days in Semington, Wiltshire office£35,000 pa Full time, flexible hours

Charity People is delighted to be partnering exclusively with the wonderful team at Wiltshire Air Ambulance to help them find their next star to join the team!Wiltshire Air Ambulance (WAA) is a small but expanding charity providing an essential helicopter emergency medical service to people living, working, and travelling across Wiltshire and Bath.You will play a vital role in ensuring compliance responsibilities of the charity are maintained and updated as well as keeping the database in good working order. Experience in both areas is essential.

The role consists of:Compliance duties· Provide the ongoing support to ensure the functionality of the charity databases, ensuring they are utilised to their full capability.· Provide support on day-to-day data compliance issues.· Take responsibility for reporting to the ICO - dealing with DPIAs and the ROPA.· Work in collaboration with IT support to find solutions to data protection issues.· Present information to key stakeholders.· Take responsibility for the updating and reviewing of the Data Protection and Privacy Policy and the Privacy Notice to ensure they are up to date with current legislation.Database Responsibilities* Produce data selections/exports to help drive vital marketing and fundraising activities with the relevant team members.* Work with Senior Managers to assist with strategic reporting, performance tracking, analysis and data modelling to provide insights.* Contribute to enhance supporter retention and recruitment across the charity.* Import and export large data sets from external sources.* Regular system audits, data cleansing and merging of records.If you'd like to apply for this exciting role, please send your CV to Lucy ASAP.
